Job summary

CompDrug in Columbus, OH seeks a Manager of Clinical Services – Case Management to supervise and grow the case management team. The role collaborates with clinical, admissions and medical teams to ensure timely access to services.

You will recruit, supervise, onboard and train staff; monitor performance, compliance and service quality; expand local resource options and coordinate with external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years managing or supervising staff in a behavioral health setting.
• Direct service experience with individuals with mental health or co-occurring disorders.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and resilience principles.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate Case Managers.
• Conduct supervision, performance evaluations and case reviews.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding of team members.
• Provide ongoing training and staff development.
• Monitor service volume, staff time with patients and treatment plan adherence.
• Expand local resource options and maintain cross-functional collaboration.
• Represent the department in meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance processes are followed and maintain timely attendance.
