Position Overview

Develops and monitors quality management programs to improve healthcare delivery and clinical/disease process management. Reports to: Officer. FLSA: Exempt.

Essential Functions

1. Develops departmental goals, plans, and standards aligned with organizational objectives.
2. Manages operations including patient care, information technologies, service levels, and complaint management.
3. Plans staffing, including hiring, training, evaluating, and disciplinary actions.
4. Prepares and monitors budgets, ensuring compliance with funding.
5. Coordinates audits and fosters a professional growth environment.
6. Maintains focus on the continuum of care and develops Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH).

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Requires critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work independently in stressful environments.
• Licenses: Registered Nurse (RN) in Michigan.
• Minimum 5 years of quality management experience.
• Preferred: 1 year related experience.
