Regional Sales Manager (Clinical) - Northwest Region: Seattle, Salt Lake City, Portland, San Francisco

To provide leadership, direction, and encouragement to field sales representatives to meet corporate sales/profit goals and objectives.

Essential Functions:
  • Create and maintain a safe, secure, diverse, inclusive, engaged, and compliant work environment that empowers employees to achieve departmental and company results.
  • Adhere to the corporate code of conduct.
  • Plan, organize, and maintain department control to support executing corporate & departmental objectives, ensuring productivity, goal achievement, budget & forecast adherence, and effective operations.
  • Recruit, select, onboard, and train new employees.
  • Lead performance management activities, including DIALOG and performance improvement plans, to support employee development.
  • Ensure adherence to the company's quality management system and timely execution of tasks within it.
  • Collaborate professionally and respectfully with fellow managers.
  • Achieve sales budgets for the region.
  • Establish, communicate, and review territory forecasts and budgets.
  • Manage expense and activity reports.
  • Provide status reports to the Vice President North America Technical Sales and General Manager Canada.
  • Maintain contact with key accounts to grow sales.
  • Assist in problem-solving and decision-making for customers and sales representatives.
  • Provide pricing approval as authorized by VP Technical Sales NA and General Manager Canada.
Your Qualifications:
  • Advanced education or experience in marketing, sales, or business administration is helpful.
  • Dental background is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills are required.
  • Must be detail-oriented with high energy and motivational skills.
  • A valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain credit cards like American Express are required.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating and delivering presentations.
  • Ability to travel approximately 50%, including overnight and extended trips.
