Job summary

Rutgers University Newark is seeking a Manager (Clinical Affiliations & Academic Partnerships) for the School of Nursing to lead clinical affiliation agreements and partnerships across campuses in Newark, Brunswick, and Blackwood, NJ.

The role partners with the Director of Student Affairs Operations to ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, while coordinating with legal, risk management, and academic programs to facilitate timely contract execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum education and five years of higher education administrative experience.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple constituencies including faculty and staff.
• Excellent communication skills and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Partners with the Director of Student Affairs Operations to administer clinical affiliation agreements and academic partnerships.
• Supports the School and clinical sites in meeting regulatory, institutional, and accreditation standards.
• Serves as a liaison between the School of Nursing, clinical partners, legal counsel, risk management, and academic programs to facilitate contract execution.
• Supervises the Department Administrator.
