42 North Dental in Seekonk, MA, is seeking a Clinical Dental Director to lead the practice, deliver high-quality care, and mentor a team of associates and specialists in a modern, fully digital environment.

The role offers clinical autonomy, growth opportunities in specialty departments, and a generous compensation package with a $30k sign-on bonus and earnings potential of $300k-$500k+ based on production; includes health/dental/vision, 401(k), CE support, and mentorship.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of demonstrated success in a fee-for-service practice environment.
• DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the American Dental Association Commission on Dental Accreditation (ADA CODA).
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care while managing day-to-day operations with the assistance of a proven practice management team.
• Lead and mentor associate dentists and clinical team members.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Collaborate with specialists to expand specialty services within the practice.
• Review treatment plans and support clinical excellence across the practice.
