Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of related clinical informatics, enterprise policy, Quality & Safety, patient safety, or healthcare technology assessment experience.
• Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enterprise Clinical EHR Policy Development & Maintenance: develop, maintain, govern, and implement enterprise clinical workflow policies and standards.
• Enterprise Workflow Standardization & Alignment: support standardization initiatives and ensure policies reflect approved workflows and safety requirements.
• Enterprise AI & Epic Technology Assessment: lead enterprise-wide assessment of AI-enabled Epic capabilities and related platforms.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with clinical leaders, compliance, privacy, and Epic analysts to align policy and technology.
• Communication, Relationship Development & Reporting: provide executive updates and build stakeholder relationships.
• Change Management & Adoption: ensure policies are understood and embedded within Epic workflows.
