Medical University of South Carolina in Florence, SC seeks a seasoned manager to lead one or more departments within the MCP. You will supervise two or more professional and support staff, participate in hiring decisions, and align department operations with organizational goals.

You will review processes, ensure compliance with policies and laws, support budgeting, and collaborate with leadership to improve workflows and patient care quality across delivery settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and/or relevant work experience.
• 7 years progressive work experience and 2 years management experience.
• State licensure and/or professional certification requirement/s dependent on position.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification is required or an American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider.

Job Description

Collaborates with leaders to establish operating procedures, enhance clinical/non-clinical workflows, increase productivity, and improve overall quality outcomes and operational efficiencies within a variety of delivery settings.
