Job summary

Saint Joseph Medical Group is seeking a Clinic Practice Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at the Frankfort and Georgetown offices. You will manage a business unit with 6–10 physicians, ensure policy compliance, and align with clinic initiatives to improve physician, staff, and patient satisfaction, quality, and performance.

This role requires a BS or equivalent management experience and offers an opportunity to lead a growing network within a respected health system.

• Bachelor's degree required at hire; may substitute with 5 years of management/leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Job Summary and Responsibilities

This position will provider management support to both Frankfort and Georgetown offices.

As a Manager Clinic Practice Manager you will be directly responsible for the day to day operation of at least one business unit with 6-10 physicians. Ensures professional and technical operation of the clinical unit and that all policies and procedures are followed on a day to day basis. Responsible for the overall management of the business unit in accordance with Clinic initiatives; Physician Satisfaction; Co-Worker Satisfaction; Patient Satisfaction; Quality; and Business Performance. The Practice Manager II performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our values, service standards and meeting set performance goals Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and CHI Standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors Of Science required upon hire or;
• May substitute Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of Management/Leadership experience.
