Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required at hire; may substitute with 5 years of management/leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide management support to Frankfort and Georgetown offices.
• Directly manage daily operations of a business unit with 6–10 physicians.
• Ensure professional and technical operation follows policies and procedures.
• Oversee clinic initiatives focusing on physician, coworker, and patient satisfaction, quality, and business performance.
