Cameron Health's Cameron Orthopedic Clinic in Angola, IN, seeks a Clinical Manager to oversee daily clinic operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and manage staff schedules. The role requires supervision of CMG registrar/MA/LPN/RN and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications include a graduate of an accredited nursing program and Indiana license preferred, with BLS required and ACLS preferred.

• Prepares budgets and participates in meetings; supports quality dashboards and reporting.

Monitors and adjusts staffing to achieve maximum productivity with available staff.Has oversight of the Cameron employee health program and staff.Assures streamlined roles/tasks between employee health and occupational health departments.Completes accurate payroll, interviews, hires, counsels, and evaluates employees regarding job performance, conduct and other related matters.Assures annual staff competencies/licensures/certifications are relevant and kept up to date.Maintains all required manuals, creates/updates all policies and procedures in policy stat, investigates patient concerns and documents recommended action in electronic database.Aligns clinic, staff and personal goals with Cameron’s Mission, Vision, Values and Strategic Plan. Ensures process improvement by identifying Key Performance Indicators, establishing plan for improvement, and working with staff to achieve desired outcomes.
