Job summary

Cameron Health's Cameron Orthopedic Clinic in Angola, IN, seeks a Clinical Manager to oversee daily clinic operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and manage staff schedules. The role requires supervision of CMG registrar/MA/LPN/RN and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications include a graduate of an accredited nursing program and Indiana license preferred, with BLS required and ACLS preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising clinical staff such as registrars, medical assistants, LPNs/RNs and allied health professionals.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and coordinate clinic operations efficiently.
• Knowledge of hospital policies and patient care standards.

Responsibilities

• Manages and oversees daily operations of assigned clinics following Cameron Health values, policies, and procedures.
• Develops provider schedules and adjusts staffing for productivity.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to plan, coordinate, provide and evaluate patient care.
• Maintains staff competencies, licenses, and certifications; ensures compliance.
• Prepares budgets and participates in meetings; supports quality dashboards and reporting.
