Requirements

• At least 5 years of related experience.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop a diverse team.
• Strong communication skills, collaborative approach, and passion for client experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; foreign language skills preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift 15 pounds and work a flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to work in-store to coach teams and uphold boutique image and operational standards.
