WHO YOU ARE

The Channel Partner Manager will support the sales efforts of channel partnerships. As a partnership manager, you will serve as the primary liaison for our channel sales partners, aiming to maximize our partnerships. Your role involves customizing partners’ sales strategies, leveraging deep product knowledge to give channel sales partners a competitive edge in customer interactions. Knowledge of local digital and traditional sales efforts, relevant digital video industry trends, and a proven ability to close advertising campaigns by fostering reseller relationships are essential for success.

  • Support partner sales efforts through in-person meetings, phone calls, or video conferences.
  • Collaborate with partners to identify sales opportunities and develop programs to increase revenue.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales pipeline data, tracking revenue performance and trends.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations.
  • Gather feedback and implement solutions to strengthen business partnerships.
  • Take responsibility for achieving revenue targets for assigned partners.
  • Coordinate internal resources to fulfill partnership commitments successfully.
  • Define and monitor relevant metrics and KPIs to evaluate partner performance.
  • Work with planning, insights, operations, and marketing teams to create marketing materials and sales strategies.
  • Understand product offerings, pricing, and packaging comprehensively.
  • Lead sales and customer retention processes from start to finish.
  • Develop new business opportunities to benefit channel partners.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10%–20%.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
  • 3–5+ years of experience in media sales, with a consistent record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strategic thinker and effective leader, with at least 2 years of experience in channel sales.
  • Extensive knowledge of the digital media landscape, including OTT and digital video platforms.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with proven follow-through on tasks and commitments.
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn, thriving in a fast-paced, evolving media and technology environment.
  • Exceptional customer focus, with the ability to build trust, foster relationships, and communicate effectively.
  • Experience selling advertising at national and local levels is a plus.

The compensation package includes a salary of $92,000–$100,000, along with a lucrative commission plan that can increase potential earnings to $110,000–$125,000, depending on experience, education, and skills. Benefits include health care, retirement plans, paid time off, and more.
