JOB SUMMARY

The North American Channel Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire contract lifecycle and facilitating the Quote to Cash process across the diverse MCM product portfolio in the NA region. The individual will play a vital role in managing daily operational processes, including key government partner/customer communication, facilitation of quote/procurement initiatives, contract management, and cross-functional collaboration across the MCM business. The Manager will lead cross-functional teams, administer Third Party Diligence activities (including onboarding and renewal diligence requirements), perform ad hoc forecasting, sales reporting, analytics, and identify, develop, and implement Global Sales Operations process improvements.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Quote to Cash Process: Facilitate and own the process across the MCM product portfolio, ensuring seamless execution from quote generation to revenue recognition.
  • CRM System Management: Manage daily administration of Salesforce.com (CRM), including process development, and maintenance of accounts, contracts, and opportunities.
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Develop and manage reporting mechanisms to support various requirements, including executive reporting, forecasting, supply chain/demand planning, finance, and internal audits (SOX compliance).
  • Contract Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, including proposals, awards, change orders, and modifications for complex contracts.
  • RFI/RFQ Management: Assist the International Contracts team with RFIs and RFQs, working closely with the Quote Review Team.
  • Project Management: Manage projects during the Contract development, RFP, and Tender process, ensuring timely and compliant submissions.
  • Contractual Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for internal stakeholders and act as an operational liaison to customers regarding contractual issues and negotiations.
  • Customer Feedback and Strategy: Collect and analyze customer feedback to support growth strategies.
  • Contract Administration: Maintain contract files and databases, including correspondence, research, and proposals.
  • Risk Management: Draft contracts and recommend terms to minimize risk and maximize profitability.
  • New Business Initiatives: Support large and complex initiatives, reviewing solicitations and leading proposal preparations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with FAR/HHSAR/DFARS and other regulations, monitoring contracts for corrective actions.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement practices, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Business Strategy Alignment: Understand and align with the company's overall business strategy, including financial and analytical issues.
MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or related field; advanced degree or certification is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in contracts management and sales operations, with government and domestic contracts experience. Leadership experience preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce.com, negotiation, communication, analytical skills, team leadership, and project management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with US Government and International contracts, and Sales Operations.
  • Knowledge of SOX compliance and FCPA regulations.
U.S. Base Pay Ranges and Benefits

The estimated annual base salary ranges from $117,500 to $142,100. Salary depends on education, experience, skills, and geographic location. Additional incentive compensation may include merit increases, bonuses, and stock options.
