Job summary

Marvin seeks a Manager, Change Management to lead enterprise change initiatives across our manufacturing and corporate teams. You will design and execute change strategies for process, system, and organizational transformations, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption.

You’ll partner closely with plant leadership, engineering, HR, and project teams to assess impacts, build communication and training plans, and coach leaders through change.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise change initiatives across large functions or sites.
• Ability to design change strategies for processes, systems and organizational transformations.
• Collaborates with plant leadership, engineering, HR and project teams to assess impacts and plan actions.
• Develops communication and training plans to support adoption and sustainment.
• Coaches leaders and teams through change using data and continuous improvement principles.
