Job summary

Safe-Guard Product International is seeking a Manager, Digital Transformation in Atlanta to lead organizational changes and drive process optimization across functions. You will oversee a dedicated change squad, analyze current workflows, and partner with leaders to implement improvements with minimal disruption.

You will also design change strategies, mentor teams, and develop metrics to report progress to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with digital technology initiatives and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in process engineering with successful optimization projects.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in process engineering, PM or team leadership roles.
• Experience implementing Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated change squad focused on organizational and process changes.
• Analyze current processes to identify opportunities for efficiency, quality, cost reduction, and compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across levels to understand needs and feedback on change initiatives.
• Design and implement process modifications with minimal operational disruption.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of changes, making data-driven adjustments.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align process improvements.
• Develop and execute change management strategies to secure stakeholder buy-in.
• Lead training, workshops, and support sessions for adoption of changes.
• Develop metrics to report progress and outcomes to senior leadership.
• Align business objectives with digital technologies while fostering innovation.
