Director PMO Excellence and operate on a hybrid schedule from our Atlanta location. You will spearhead governance, portfolio management, and digital transformation initiatives, leveraging AI-enabled analytics and enterprise reporting tools to deliver measurable benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Engineering Program Management, PMO, Product Development, NPI, or Operational Excellence.
• Proven experience leading large, cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, governance frameworks, and portfolio management.
• Demonstrated expertise in executive stakeholder management.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, DFSS, Agile, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with digital transformation, AI-enabled analytics, dashboard platforms, and enterprise reporting solutions.
• Experience supporting executive operating reviews and strategic portfolio governance.

• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across functions.
• Foster a culture of innovation and process maturity.
• Report directly to the Sr. Director PMO Excellence.
• Work from our Atlanta, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule.
• Drive deployment and adoption of standardized execution methodologies.
• Lead compliance, audit readiness, and portfolio governance initiatives across units.
• Identify opportunities to digitize and automate execution workflows.
• Partner with leaders to improve pipeline sufficiency, growth visibility, and launch readiness.
• Monitor post-launch performance and realization of benefits.
• Develop accountability models and ownership structures across cross-functional stakeholders.
• Drive alignment through structured communication, leadership reviews, and decision tracking.
• Develop interactive visualizations and translate metrics into actionable insights.
