Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in financial advisory, investment banking, transaction services, or corporate FP&A.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and applying it to real-world scenarios.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts.
• Experience supporting transactions, capital structure analysis, or investment evaluation is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for building and reviewing complex models.
• Experience with PowerPoint to develop client-ready presentations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced client-service environment.
• Professional certifications (CPA, CFA, CMA, MBA) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex financial modeling engagements, including 3-statement and cash flow models, and scenario analyses.
• Translate client objectives into structured analytical approaches with key drivers and outputs.
• Evaluate business initiatives, capital raises, recapitalizations, acquisitions, and growth strategies.
• Support transaction-related engagements with pro forma models and deal-structure analyses.
• Develop and oversee forecasting processes, budgets, and management reporting frameworks.
• Review and refine financial models and client deliverables for accuracy and clarity.
• Manage day-to-day engagement execution, timelines, and stakeholder coordination.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to client stakeholders in meetings.
• Mentor junior team members on modeling, analysis, and professional development.
