Responsibilities

• Lead investment operations across credit strategies and asset classes, including bank loans, bonds, structured products, and CLOs
• Oversee daily and monthly reconciliations of cash and positions between internal books/records and trustee statements
• Manage relationships with internal teams and external partners, including agent banks, trading counterparties, administrators, custodians, and CLO trustees
• Lead break resolution, root cause analysis, data quality reviews, and operational risk remediation
• Oversee loan servicing activity, including fundings, paydowns, rollovers, interest rate resets, loan-level data, and corporate actions
• Support CLO activity, including trustee reporting, waterfall calculations, warehouse-to-CLO tie-outs, fund launches, closings, and new deal onboarding
• Manage and coach internal and external team members while setting priorities, improving workflows, and ensuring quality, accuracy, and timeliness

A leading private investment firm is seeking a Manager, Capital Markets Investment Operations to support its credit investment platform. This role will lead investment operations across multiple credit strategies and asset classes, with a primary focus on reconciliations, CLOs, structured products, bank loans, bonds, and operational control.
