Origin Staffing seeks an Investment Operations Manager to join the credit team. This is a broad role spanning daily portfolio activity,Loan events, and CLO launches within a top investment platform.

The successful candidate will lead a global team, drive controls, and partner with finance, fund management, custodians, and trading counterparties to improve efficiency and data quality.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in investment or credit operations within a complex financial services environment.
• Prior management experience within Credit Operations.
• Strong knowledge of syndicated loans, bonds, structured products, and CLOs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily and monthly cash and position reconciliations across credit funds, CLOs, and structured products.
• Oversee bank loan activity including fundings, paydowns, rollovers, interest resets, and corporate actions.
• Manage CLO trustee relationships, waterfall validation, warehouse to CLO tie-outs, and operational readiness for new launches.
• Lead break resolution, root cause analysis, data quality review, and operational risk remediation.
• Manage and develop a global team while improving workflows, controls, and efficiency.
• Partner with finance, fund management, administrators, custodians, agent banks, and trading counterparties.

Job description

We are looking for an Investment Operations Manager to join the credit team at one of the most respected global alternative investment firms. The biggest draw here is the breadth of the role. You will not be boxed into one product or one small piece of the investment lifecycle. The team supports syndicated loans, bonds, CLOs, structured products, and other credit strategies, and this person will be involved in everything from daily portfolio activity and complex loan events to CLO launches, trustee relationships, controls, and process improvements.

You will also manage a team and work closely with people across finance, fund management, banks, trustees, administrators, and trading counterparties. It is a great next step for someone who knows credit operations well and wants more ownership, more visibility, and broader exposure inside a top investment platform.

• Up to ~$180k total compensation (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities
