The RoleThe Manager, Brand Sales will be deployed against new hotel openings and distressed properties struggling to gain market share equal to or better than market results. Responsibilities include but are not limited to Direct sales calls/implementation of strategic action plans in local market to demand generators including all companies within a 7-mile radius of the assigned hotel. Success is measured by achieved revenue compared to plan, revenues from new accounts, overall new account acquisition, and holding property leadership to continue sales upon departure.
