Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• At least one year of experience working with college student groups.
• Experience working with underrepresented and underserved communities.
• Recent experience in training/education design, delivery, and facilitation, preferably in diversity and inclusion.
• Demonstrated cultural humility with proven ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEC operations and supervise a student leadership team.
• Develop and implement inclusion and belonging opportunities and programming.
• Collaborate with the EDI team to align priorities and provide training.
• Identify and implement education and antiracism frameworks publicly accessible on CPTC site.
• Prepare reports and evaluations showing program impact on equity gaps.
