Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, education, business, or related field.
• Minimum three years of progressively responsible experience in higher education or related fields.
• Experience developing, implementing, and assessing programs to improve outcomes.
• Ability to lead projects, manage budgets, and produce reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data/presentation tools.
• Highly organized with strong time management.
• Commitment to belonging, access, student success, and engagement.
• Ability to build cooperative relationships with college and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement inclusive excellence initiatives campus-wide.
• Lead professional development on cultural competency and belonging.
• Partner with leaders to strengthen engagement and community partnerships.
• Manage logistics for engagements, programs, and contracts.
• Design and monitor initiatives to improve access and outcomes.
• Support budget planning, expenditures, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with policies and laws.
