Job summary

Lewis & Clark College seeks an Inclusion & Multicultural Engagement (IME) Assistant Director to support daily operations and mentor student leaders. You will design, plan, and implement programs that increase access, belonging, and engagement for all students on campus.

Reporting to the IME Director, you will collaborate with campus partners, manage social media and events, and provide advocacy and referrals to campus resources, helping sustain an inclusive and thriving campus community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• One year of experience creating access, belonging, and engagement.
• One year of experience working with people facing barriers or from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead IME programs with the Director, including GEM and heritage/month programming.
• Develop and implement programming to create more access, belonging, and student engagement.
• Design, plan, and implement major programs and initiatives related to multiculturalism and diversity.
• Collaborate with campus partners to organize campus-wide events and trainings.
• Support program assessment using data to inform retention strategies.
