Job summary

RiverDance Restaurant in Guild, TN is seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to oversee dining room, bar, and guest services in our upcoming fine dining concept.

You will lead and train service teams, manage reservations and guest flow, ensure health and safety compliance, and collaborate with kitchen leadership to deliver five-star hospitality.

This full-time role requires a passion for hospitality, a strong leadership presence, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management experience in upscale or fine dining restaurants.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and guest service skills.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of food and beverage preparation and health codes.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities
