The Role

We’re hiring a Manager to lead consulting engagements across asset and wealth management transformation initiatives.

This is a true delivery + leadership role. You’ll own projects end-to-end, manage and mentor consultants, and act as the day-to-day senior point of contact for clients. You’ll be expected to shape solutions, drive execution, and contribute to the firm’s growth through business development and thought leadership.

This role suits someone who enjoys hands-on leadership, not just oversight.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Leading and managing end-to-end client engagements
• Owning project delivery, structure, timelines, and quality
• Managing and mentoring teams of consultants
• Running senior client workshops and stakeholder sessions
• Translating complex business and technology challenges into clear, executable solutions
• Designing and delivering high-quality client outputs
• Supporting business development through proposals, client relationships, and thought leadership
• Contributing to internal initiatives, practice development, and firm growth
• Acting as a subject-matter expert in at least one asset & wealth management domain

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of consulting or project delivery experience
  (management consulting, boutique consulting, or relevant in-house roles)
• Strong experience within asset management, wealth management, or financial services
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage client delivery
• Experience with operating model design, business change, and/or technology-enabled transformation
• Confident communicator with strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working across investments, distribution, or middle/back office functions
• Commercial mindset with interest in business development and firm-building
• Collaborative leadership style with a focus on mentoring and development
