Base pay range: $250,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr.

$250k-$300k base + 20-30% Bonus.

With a blue‑chip client base spanning the world’s top asset and wealth managers, this firm delivers large‑scale change and transformation across front, middle, and back office operations.

• Lead strategic transformation programs (Target Operating Models, CRM, portfolio & risk management, outsourcing).
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives at leading asset and wealth managers.
• Build and grow client accounts through relationship management and business development.
• Mentor and develop high‑performing teams, shaping the next generation of consultants.
• Contribute to firm‑wide leadership and thought leadership in the AWM industry.
