Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP) is seeking a Director, Product Marketing to lead the Data & Technical Product Marketing function for API Central and data integration offerings.

You will drive go-to-market strategies and market differentiating positioning, working with cross-functional teams across Product, Marketing, Sales and Operations to accelerate product adoption. The role emphasizes building compelling AI/data product messaging, partnering with Market Insights and Analyst Relations,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 to 12 years in product marketing and related roles.
• Deep knowledge and experience in technology focused on AI, data platforms or enterprise SaaS products and services.

Responsibilities

• Define AI, data integrations and data narrative with differentiated positioning.
• Manage strategic and tactical product marketing activities to drive awareness, sales and adoption.
• Lead cross-functional projects with significant business impact and align with internal partners.
• Support thought-leadership content with market insights and data-driven storytelling.
• Build comprehensive product marketing plans and orchestrate GTM strategies for new launches.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing and Sales to ensure effective go-to-market.
