Job summary

JMJ PHILLIP in Perrysburg, OH seeks a forward-thinking Manager of Product Management focused on transforming learning and workforce development through AI, AR, and VR to create scalable solutions for industrial and high-tech manufacturing environments.

You will lead product strategy and roadmaps, collaborate with business leaders and technology teams, and use data to optimize adoption, engagement, and outcomes across multiple roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Learning & Development, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in product management, learning technology, workforce development, or related areas.
• Experience implementing learning management systems or workforce development solutions.
• Experience with AI, augmented reality, virtual reality, or other emerging technologies applied to learning.
• Experience developing products or systems supporting talent and skills development.
• Strong understanding of industrial or manufacturing workforce environments.
• Demonstrated experience developing product roadmaps and managing programs.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strong data analytics and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work primarily as an individual contributor while providing leadership to a small team as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop product strategies and roadmaps for AI-enabled learning and workforce development solutions.
• Identify emerging technologies and industry trends that can transform learning and skills development.
• Translate workforce and business needs into scalable product solutions.
• Identify and implement opportunities to use AI, AR, and VR to improve learning experiences.
• Develop technology-enabled solutions that support workforce upskilling and operational performance.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and determine their potential applications within industrial learning environments.
• Lead initiatives focused on learning management, talent development, and workforce upskilling.
• Develop solutions that help organizations build the skills needed for evolving manufacturing environments.
• Improve learning experiences for employees across different roles and levels.
• Manage product development initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Establish priorities, timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
• Coordinate multiple initiatives while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with business leaders, technology teams, learning professionals, and operational stakeholders.
• Gather requirements and translate stakeholder needs into product priorities.
• Communicate product strategies, progress, and recommendations to leadership.
• Use data and analytics to evaluate learning effectiveness and product performance.
• Identify trends and insights to support product decisions and continuous improvement.
• Establish metrics to measure adoption, engagement, and workforce development outcomes.
