• 12+ years of progressive product leadership experience.
• Experience leading and scaling Product Management teams.
• Demonstrated ability to incorporate AI and data-driven insights into products.
• Strong strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Define, communicate, and execute product vision, strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Identify AI opportunities and deliver value from AI-enabled capabilities.
• Establish governance for AI-enabled features with privacy and security.
• Own and optimize a large, multi-product portfolio.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Define product metrics and drive outcomes like adoption and revenue growth.
