Job summary

Infopro Learning in Princeton, NJ is seeking a Product Manager with HR tech/LMS experience to own an end-to-end product area within an AI-native talent platform. The role requires collaboration with engineering, stakeholders, and a India-based team, with hybrid work and weekly ET morning overlap.

You will mentor junior PMs, build prototypes using AI, and translate customer insights into prioritized product decisions while shaping how the team works and grows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in HR tech, LMS, or talent platforms.
• Excellent written communication and ability to simplify complex topics for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience gathering requirements from business stakeholders and translating into prioritized plans.
• Structured, data-informed approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for a defined area, turning feedback into clear requirements and briefs.
• Partner with engineering on scope and tradeoffs; create wireframes, prototypes, and artifacts using AI tools.
• Build working prototypes with AI tools to validate ideas before engineering, define evaluation criteria for AI features.
• Collaborate daily with engineers to resolve ambiguity and keep delivery on track.
• Lead customer/user conversations and translate insights into prioritized product decisions.
• Maintain and evolve product documentation as priorities shift.
• Mentor associate product managers and shape how the product team works.
• Build deep expertise in AI, skills intelligence, learning and talent management.
