Terros Health is hiring a Manager -Accounts Receivable based out of our Central office in Phoenix, AZ.
Full-Time Employed: 40 hours/week
Location: Central Phoenix, AZ (Remote with requirements to attend in person meetings and events)

The Manager of Accounts Receivable is responsible for the reconciliation of services rendered to final and accurate payment. This includes the successful resolution of outstanding cash payments, claims denials, and claims projects which may involve denials, under paid claims, account balances, incorrect payer adjudication, and payment appeals and grievances, amongst other related activities.
The Manager of Accounts Receivable will manage a team of staff dedicated to ensuring optimal and accurate revenue actualization. This position reports to the Sr. Director of the Revenue Cycle Management department.
