Job summary

Justworks is seeking a Manager, Account Executives - Sales to lead our high-growth AE team from a foundation in sales fundamentals. You will coach, align, and coach weekly, translating company goals into actionable daily tactics while maintaining CRM hygiene and forecasting accuracy.

You’ll drive performance through data-driven coaching, deal strategy, and collaboration with specialists to shorten sales cycles and win complex negotiations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a sales representative role and 2+ years in management.
• Proficient in Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and SalesLoft.
• Experience in Human Capital Management/PEO preferred.
• Proven track record of quota attainment.

Responsibilities

• Own daily/weekly rhythm of the AE team with alignment and empowerment.
• Lead coaching, performance reviews, and development plans.
• Translate company goals into actionable daily tactics.
• Maintain data integrity in CRM and forecast accuracy.
• Coach AEs on complex PEO and international negotiations.
