Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years in a sales representative role, preferably in Human Capital Management/PEO.
• At least 2+ years of prior management experience.

• Schedule and lead team meetings translating company goals into actionable tactics.
• Use data to track team performance and coach to improve outcomes.
