Manager, Solutions Consulting, HRIS, AMS

The Manager will lead all HRSCs across NAM and LATAM, reporting to the Director, Sales, Engage. HRSCs assist in selling Deel Engage and HR solutions, acting as product experts, demoing, and providing follow-up support.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of Deel Engage and Deel HR sellers across North and Latin America.
  • Hiring, developing, and retaining top talent.
  • Driving a performance-oriented culture to meet sales goals.
  • Managing and coaching sellers for skill development.
  • Building strong relationships within the sales team and cross-functional partners.
  • Creating scalable processes for consistent execution.
  • Monitoring sales pipeline and forecasts to adapt proactively.
  • Owning and exceeding sales targets.
  • Providing insights into business KPIs and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Based in North America.
  • Experience leading sales at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
  • 3+ years of sales management, preferably in HR tech.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven with a growth mindset.
  • Experience selling to companies with 1-200 and 200+ employees.
  • Experience with contracts and annual commitments.
  • Proven success in pipeline development through outbound prospecting.
