This role is responsible for supervising cashiers, baggers, and customer service staff while ensuring exceptional customer service, accurate cash handling, efficient operations, and a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise and support front-end team members, including cashiers, baggers, and customer service representatives.
• Create, manage, and adjust employee schedules as needed.
• Train, coach, evaluate, and develop front-end staff.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and promptly address customer concerns.
