Madix, Inc. in Texas TERRELL is seeking a Pricing & Contracts professional to lead pricing strategy, analyze input-cost data, and manage customer-specific pricing agreements, ensuring alignment with contract terms and company standards.

The role collaborates with Sales, Marketing, SAP Team, Manufacturing, and Cost Accounting to develop pricing scenarios, model outcomes, and maintain contractual documents in CRM/OneDrive, with potential travel to customers and operations facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required (Engineering, Marketing, Business, or Operations).
• Minimum 4 years overall business experience, including Marketing/Product Management or Manufacturing Operational/Analytical experience.
• Experience with a metal fabrication company preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP or similar ERP database experience preferred.
• Strong Excel skills required.
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts in a concise, understandable way to diverse audiences.
• Developed financial literacy and strong business acumen.
• Ability to work independently and proactively toward corporate or department goals.
• Ability to lead through influence in nontraditional organizational structures.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to customers, vendors, and operational facilities.

Responsibilities
