Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service.
• Manage departmental systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results.
• Guest Service Department Manager: oversee crew and managers to deliver great customer experience, ensure promotions run smoothly, train staff in service procedures, and maintain Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive‑Thru organization.
• Kitchen Department Manager: guarantee quality and timely food delivery, maintain food safety, control food costs, and train kitchen staff on production procedures, including new menu items.
