Job summary

Subway Maumee is seeking a store manager to lead daily operations with a hands-on approach, delivering an outstanding guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will supervise staffing, train and motivate the team, monitor food quality, cleanliness, inventory, and scheduling, and ensure adherence to brand standards while driving sales and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or retail management experience (quick-service preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (POS systems, scheduling, inventory)
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework a plus)
