Duties And Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and coach Assistant Managers and Sandwich Artists.
• Daily Operations: Oversee prep work, bread baking, and food safety standards.
• Financial Management: Monitor food costs, handle inventory orders, and manage labor hours to hit profit goals.
• Customer Service: Maintain a friendly, clean, and fast-paced environment for guests.
• Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all local health regulations and corporate brand rules.
