FASTSIGNS Parker/Castle Rock in Leesburg, VA is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to oversee daily signage production, installation, and maintenance. You will lead and motivate a team, enforce quality standards, and guide clients on design choices, materials, and production techniques.

You will manage production schedules, monitor inventory, ensure safety compliance, and resolve issues promptly. Stay current with industry trends to continuously improve shop capabilities and service quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a managerial role, with sign industry a plus but not required.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Strong problem solving and attention to detail.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and high-pressure environments.
• HS diploma or equivalent; further education preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
