FASTSIGNS Parker/Castle Rock is seeking a strong, hands-on Production Manager to own day-to-day production operations on-site in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will lead the production team, manage schedules, maintain quality, and ensure profitability while coordinating with sales, design, and project management.

The role emphasizes ownership, delegation, and decision-making to keep projects moving, with a focus on accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management or production leadership experience.

• Develop and improve SOPs, systems, and production processes.
• Work closely with sales, design, project management, and leadership to keep projects moving.
• Help build a production department that is organized, efficient, accountable, and profitable.

FASTSIGNS is looking for a strong, hands‑on Production Manager to take ownership of our day‑to‑day production operation.

We need a leader who understands the whole picture - people, schedules, materials, equipment, quality, deadlines, workflow, and profitability. This person will keep projects moving, lead the production team, solve problems quickly, and create accountability throughout the department.

This is not a sit‑behind‑a‑desk position, but it is also not a role for someone who wants to do everyone's work. We need someone who knows how to lead, delegate, prioritize, make decisions, and hold a team accountable.
