FASTSIGNS of West Metro, MN is seeking an experienced manager to oversee daily operations—production, installation, and maintenance of signage—and to lead a collaborative team. You will coordinate with clients, guide design and materials decisions, and manage schedules to meet deadlines.

• Proven experience in a managerial role (sign industry experience a plus, but not required).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.
