FASTSIGNS Parker/Castle Rock is seeking a self-motivated Assistant Sign Shop Manager to help manage production, coordinate installations, and meet with customers at the shop and on client sites.

The role involves preparing estimates, managing work orders, and ensuring on-time delivery, with opportunities for advancement through ongoing training and performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must have experience coordinating production, design, and installation schedules.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Help manage daily production, design and installation schedules.
• Develop partnerships with third-party installers to expand capabilities.
• Be the initial contact with customers at the shop and on site.
• Prepare estimates, implement work orders, and ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Create sales decks using PowerPoint and Excel.
• Participate in daily team meetings and contribute to business and marketing plans.
• Engage customers via email, phone, in person, and at their business location.
• Build lasting relationships by turning prospects into long-term clients.

A Successful FASTSIGNS Assistant Sign Shop Manager Will

• Help manage daily production, design and installation schedules
• Develop partnerships with third-party installers to expand our capabilities
• Be an initial contact with current as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center
• Prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders
• Prepare sales decks using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Enjoy being involved in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans and be intimately involved in the success of the FASTSIGNS Center
• Work with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, in-person and at their place of business
• Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long term clients.

Ideal Qualifications For Assistant Sign Shop Manager

• Ideally has some experience in a sign business
• Experience managing small teams
• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships
• Great listening and organization skills
• Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more)
• Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more)
• Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work

Compensation: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
