The Slice & Pint is a high-volume pizzeria in El Segundo seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to help lead our back‑of‑house team. This is a hands‑on leadership role working closely with the Executive Chef to support daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth, efficient service.

Responsibilities

• Leading BOH operations during service, including peak dinner shifts
• Maintaining food quality, consistency, cleanliness, and food safety standards
• Training and supporting kitchen staff
• Managing BOH communication and handling issues as they arise
• Assisting with ordering, inventory, and shift coverage as needed
• Working 40+ hours per week with flexible availability
