Job summary

Subway in Brookhaven is seeking a motivated Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure food quality and cleanliness. This role involves inventory control, staff supervision, and implementing safety standards.

You will recruit and develop team members, coordinate local marketing initiatives, and help plan promotions and events to boost sales. Strong communication and computer skills are required; readiness to work full-time or part-time with varied shifts

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment, experience in supervising and training staff.
• Essential communication skills with ability to deal with all levels of team members.
• Computer knowledge is essential.

Essential Functions

Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computer knowledge is essential.

Physical Requirements

Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
