Subway is seeking a Manager in Azle, TX to focus on creating a standout guest experience while ensuring food quality, cleanliness, and safety across the restaurant. You’ll manage inventory, money control, and local marketing initiatives, and recruit staff to sustain high standards.

You will analyze business records to boost sales and contact potential guests to promote the brand. The role includes planning events and promotions and coordinating with the team for successful marketing windows.

As part of the Subway® Team, you as a Manager will focus on eight main things:

• Providing an excellent guest experience
• Ensuring that great food is prepared & served
• Keeping our restaurants functional, clean and beautiful
• Managing inventory and money control systems
• Coordinating local marketing initiatives, including community outreach
• Recruiting staff
• Maintaining standards of restaurant safety and security
• Being a team player

In addition to the role of a Manager, key parts of your day to day will consist of:

• Recruiting and rewarding outstanding Team members
• Ensuring safety and security protocols are followed. Including being aware of local and national healthy and food safety codes
• Maintaining business records and analyzing them to help increase sales
• Identifying and contacting prospective Guests to promote sales
• Supporting local and national marketing initiatives, ensuring restaurant is ready on every level for the beginning of a new marketing window
• Planning special events and promotions

Pay

Depends on experience

From $12 hour plus bonus up to $750 weekly on salary plus bonus

Health Benefit

Health Insurance available 90 days - 1 year depending on potions hired in.

Vacation (1-3 weeks), Muli-use (40 hours) and Holiday pay 2 to 5 holidays -

depends on position and length of time with company

PREREQUISITES

Education

High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred

Experience

A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment, experience in supervising and training staff.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computer knowledge is essential.

Physical

Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
