Job summary

Beyond Juicery + Eatery is looking for a leader to manage operations at their new Atlanta location. You will oversee staff, ensure food quality, and develop a positive culture while providing excellent guest service.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills and a background in hospitality. This role offers growth opportunities into General Manager positions as more locations open.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills are a must.
• Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management is preferred.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

We’re expanding into Atlanta, GA—our first location in the state and the first of five planned openings. This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role in a brand-new market, grow with our team, and help introduce Beyond Juicery + Eatery to the community.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily restaurant operations and oversee staff performance
• Train, coach, and develop team members to deliver outstanding hospitality
• Open and close the store following established checklists and procedures
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are met
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and sales initiatives
• Build a positive, team-first culture that makes guests and employees feel valued

What We’re Looking For

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Previous restaurant or hospitality management experience preferred
• High standards for guest service and teamwork
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
