Drybar Shops is seeking a hands-on Salon Manager in the Washington DC area, covering Virginia locations as part of a national brand. You will lead and coach a team of Stylists, step in behind the chair when needed, and drive exceptional guest experiences.

Drybar is looking for a hands-on Salon Manager to lead one of our Washington DC, Virginia or Maryland locations. This is a working leadership role, meaning you'll coach and develop your team while stepping behind the chair when needed to support the business and deliver the exceptional service our guests expect.
