Drybar Midlothian is seeking a hands-on Salon Manager (Licensed Cosmetologist) to lead our established shop. You will balance chair time with coaching your team, delivering premier Drybar services, and driving guest loyalty and memberships.

You will mentor staff, manage daily operations, and contribute to the growth of the business while maintaining a positive, high-performing culture.

Drybar Midlothian is hiring a hands-on Salon Manager to lead our established shop. You'll spend most of your day behind the chair while coaching your team, creating exceptional guest experiences, and helping drive the success of the business.

What We're Looking For

You'll Have Support

Leadership doesn't happen alone. You'll partner with a Shop Educator, Client Relations Manager, District Manager, and experienced leadership team who are invested in your success.

Compensation & Benefits

Expected annual earnings: $58,000–$68,000+, including hourly pay, tips, commissions, and leadership bonuses.
